Lovely, thank you Annie. So moving on to spring, which is often seen as a time for new beginnings. What health related changes or intentions do you notice people having at this particular time? I think people more after the Christmas and then coming up to New Year, some people might have financial difficulties. So cost of living is, you know, generally people obviously don't want to spend too much or might have financial pressure after Christmas in some cases. So I think that might impact on their mental well-being in January, February. And also, but on the other hand, there could be a sort of new start. And people do, you know, see, most cases join a new activity as a new year goal. So yeah, so it's both sides, really, they might face some in this community might face sort of issue with finance after the busy Christmas period but yeah people would like to be inspired to join new activities so it could be a good start to trying something new. And have you noticed any of your clients making health resolutions where they've been successful? I'm sort of not front line as such, but you know, for my surrounded sort of colleagues and residents, I think so. Yes, you know, my neighbours, she joined our local free physical activity and she made a lot of new friends in the new year. She really enjoyed it. But I see that some of the activities are under constant review. So I've seen my neighbours through some free activity programme become more active. And if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health in the spring, what would you say to them? Yeah, I would say, you know, grasp the new year as a new start, that try various things that you feel that you might enjoy doing. And, you know, get a buddy to possibly do it with you, to try it out. And you might find something that, you know, you would have a longer term commitment with, you know, that particular, you know, can be a very light physical activity, you know, join a walk, that makes some new friends, or if you want to challenge yourself, could be something more cardiovascular type of exercise. So it's really, like I said before, that's really important part is to think of something that you really enjoy doing. And if you feel that you can do it alone, then that's fine. But normally with someone by your side or a couple other friends or family, you're more motivated to keep going. And other connections doesn't have to be physical activity. We could be, you know, in the locality, we have community chefs put on courses that you want to look at healthy eating. And also we promote community seminar cookbook with our family colleagues as well. So there's a lot of opportunities out there to look at sort of healthier living. And thinking about the eight health behaviours and the 12 characteristics that we've shown you earlier that support good health, is there one that really speaks to you right now? The 12 things to consider. Yeah. I think owning my own health. I think that's really important because, you know, sort of always coming from yourself is much more stronger that that grant me, they're owning your own health. And what support, sorry. Yeah, and also see, from a clinical side, knowing what meds actually do. Some people just, you know, for a very long time, they haven't had a review. And you know, it's always good to either chat to your pharmacist or your GP about your meds. Yeah, prevention is always, you know, better than to find cure also. Yeah. And really study your condition well. So then you're well equipped when you're talking to the health professionals. you
