When you wake up in the morning and you don't feel great, what's the thing that gets you moving? On the days when you're feeling fantastic, what do you like to do, what really makes you smile?

There are days when everything seems gloomy and grey but we still need to find a way to get moving and get on with our day. Sometimes, it is just taking that first step. It is so different on days when we feel fantastic because we have achieved a goal or something just makes us smile. Being human, means we are never the same from one day to the next. It is alright not to be sure of yourself all of the time. Diabetes is a complex medical conditions and it can be a minefield to negotiate. There are times when your diabetes will give you those highs and lows that you have just heard about and it is okay to seek professional help. We at health-shared want to support your thoughts and decisions and help you feel safe in where you need to turn to next.
