So usually you will be seen in the podiatry clinic, your case may be discussed in an MDT. So if we are struggling or if we have questions about a patient because they're not responding therapy, we will then take them to the multidisciplinary team clinic, then act upon the advice that we're given. Once you're hopefully your ulcer is completely healed, then you will be moved out back into community podiatry and you should have a regular community podiatry follow up there because you've been identified as a patient who has had ulceration once and that that means your increased risk of ulceration again.
