Excellent, thank you very much. We've got about 15 minutes left. So if you were encouraging someone to prioritize their health in the fall, what advice would you give them drawing on your own insights or lived experience? Just the same thing that I just touched on. Just knowing the importance of people and their mental health, because it starts with your mental health, because if that is out of line, then so is your body. Because your brain is your central hub. Everything, everything else in your body feeds off of that. So you need to your brain, your heart, all of that needs to you need to make sure that that that you're caring that you're taking care of those of that of those vital. those vital spaces in your life. And that stuff needs to be out there. Absolutely, thank you very much. And how do you stay motivated or connected to healthy habits during the fall? Is there a behavior mindset or a tool that helps you? No. And honestly, the only thing that I can say is that my emotions get so overwhelmed sometimes, they're all over the place. And the best tool that I can use is my therapist. She's, you know, she's available for emergencies, if anything's going on. Just knowing that I have a lot of support is good, is excellent. Excellent, thank you very much. And what could a life-rich healthshare community do to support you or others through the fall and into the winter? In terms of engagements, conversation, resources? And same thing, finding a space being, there's so many empty spaces in the, in these hospitals, conference rooms, just, you know, open one, open them up, open them up, have food drives, clothing drives, have volunteers come in, put the word out there to the community that, you know, we're having this, there's gonna be, you know, some clothing drives and food drives at the hospitals, in these conference rooms, come in, And, you know, or send in your sizes see if we can have, if we have, you know, if we can get different sizes of things that you need. Um, you know, the, there's already a lot of school drives for the kids. but what about the parents that you know you're helping them there they have these resources for the kids but there's not a lot out for the parents who need um the clothing and the you know the hair products that need to go on job interviews that don't have the resources to do it
