We welcome a new speaker Mr Mike Hoskins who is Chair of the Leg Club Foundation and has a long association with the charity as he was instrumental in its inception in 2004. Mike is discussing the benefits of cycling. This interesting podcast not only covers the physical aspects of cycling but the little know benefits to your mental health.

We welcome two new speakers, Sam Williams and Jane Mayes who currently work for Essity, one of our Leg Club Industry Partners. Sam and Jane are discussing taking a central role in my wound care journey with the listener gaining a better understanding of supported self-care, self-care and as a patient taking a role in your wound healing journey.

We are delighted to welcome a new speaker, Freya Crispin who is a medical student at Cardiff University. Freya is speaking about how she found out about the Lindsay Leg Clubs®, why she became interested in them and an exciting project she did as part of her medical curriculum to discover more about the great work the Clubs do.

Dr Anna Galazka, a lecturer in Management, Employment and Organisation Section, Cardiff Business School. Anna talks through findings from her post-doctoral research in which she observed the practice of 'social values creation' within Leg Clubs.

We have great pleasure welcoming back Anna Saez Espinosa - originally born in Girona (Spain), she is a 5th Year Medical Student at University of Barcelona, Spain .. and a Soul & Blues singer! In Episode 21, Anna delves further into the effects of music on the brain and our bodies. She explores the role of music to help treat people with autism and dementia as part of "music therapy" to improve physical, psychological and social aspects of our lives by serving as a "communication bridge".
