Thank you very much, self-care and the whole participatory and communicative side of it. Thank you very much. next question would be, you know, summer can be a social season. And sorry, before that, what changes do you notice in your food choices or physical activity in the summer? Are there particular things you do differently to stay well? So I would say in terms of like physical things, I definitely feel like I'm probably more physically active in the summer because I stick to my workout routines that I already have. But then in addition, we're usually like, you know, I like I mentioned, I have small kids. So we're like going to the zoo. And so we're walking and we're doing like more physically active things with the kids. So I do find that in general, my physical like activity and movement increases over the summer, just with being able to be out with them, whether it's taking them to a park or taking them, you know, to, you know, some kind of amusement park or something where we're then just physically walking a lot or doing whatever the activity is. And we also were really big outdoorsy people in the summer, like we like to go fishing and my kids love to fish. So being able to just be out outside active moving around like that's that's really big. But with that being said, I do think I find my brain going back to to like the challenges just with nutrition and being able to manage that health. I definitely and somebody as I mentioned, I have hypertension and I try to watch like my sodium levels and then I feel like in the summer that kind of goes out the window. It's harder for me to, you know, eat healthier in the summer because we're running around so much and then that that pattern just goes out the window. So I do find myself struggling with then, you know, feeling like I'm retaining a lot more fluid in the summer and feeling like my fingers are more swollen and my legs are more swollen in the summer because between the heat and then between not eating well, all those things are kind of building up over the summertime for me. So that definitely is a challenge.
