Well, I feel really good. I still get a little bit of pain. Occasionally I get some jabbing pains around the wound. I don't think I've been aware of any pain where the repair was done. I don't know, I mean, I guess, I guess down there, your nerve endings are not so significant, but the surface pain has been there on and off throughout. But just to put it into perspective, I didn't feel that I needed strong painkillers and in fact I kind of had the sort of slow working opiates until a couple of days before until well until about 12 days after the surgery and then and then I was just on paracetamol so occasionally I took I had some some quick-acting painkillers as well, opiates. Occasionally, I took, very occasionally I took those, but I just tried to stay off them and manage my pain through whatever pain I did have. And it was more discomfort, slight discomfort than real pain, mostly. Because actually I found that the opiates did make you constipated, and actually the worst pain I had was from that, not from the womb, believe it or not. So how do I feel now? I feel pretty good. And again, taking the advice of the medical team, I did a lot of exercise after the surgery. On the day that I came out of hospital, seven days after the surgery, I went for an hour's walk. When I got back home, it was a bit ginger, but I took it fairly easy, but I was at my feet for an hour. And then I just kept going with the exercise. And by, you know, by 10 days after the surgery, I managed, you know, this five or six mile walk for about two hours. And as a result, I feel pretty good to answer your question. I do, I mean, the muscles are still a little bit, little bit weak, despite what I said about the abdominal work and I just have to be a little bit careful if I'm sitting up from a lying down position. But I feel fine, I feel completely normal. I've obviously had the follow-up sessions with my surgeon who says, you know, you've completely recovered from the surgery and it's been really good and I feel pretty good.
