So yes, in a way they've got healing to do, they've got a healer abdominal wound, they won't be able to do heavy lifting afterwards. We would usually quote a sort of at least six week recovery after going home, but then they're probably not back to their baseline figures for three months or so because these are people who are often deconditioned to start with and if you then put them in a hospital bed and give them an operation they lose muscle tone and muscle mass, they're behind in nutrition, they need to get back on their feet so they need support from occupational therapists, physiotherapists whilst in hospital, they often notice a deterioration and balance. In hospital people don't tend to eat as well as they do at home, they don't sleep as well, so even without having an operation putting an elderly person out of their normal routine can be a problem. Some become delirious, some don't respond well to some analgesia that's used to control pain. And all of these things can unmask other conditions. So there are people who are just about coping at home in their own environment with their partner, with support from family. And once you take them out of that, they can decondition and even mentally deteriorate very quickly. So some have been coping with borderline dementia in their own environment and can do it, but then when you put them in a hospital environment it exposes a deterioration which wasn't apparent before and then you've got to make that up. And this comes with the territory of the sort of patient group that tends to suffer with with aneurysms.
