Vitamin D. Thank you very much, which I am doing at the moment. Thank you. Now, my last question, you know, on our winter section is what could health providers do differently to better support people during the winter, I mean in terms of preparation, communication, the types of care? Yeah, so for me I feel that the second I feel preached at I absolutely turn off, so I think we're used to that same old information around winter and coughs and and colds and flus and vitamin D and making sure that you're eating X, Y, Z. And I think the second someone starts preaching or feels preachy, I think I just immediately turn off. So I think we sort of need to create more, I just know more novel, more innovative ways of reaching people and kind of sharing that information. Cause I think the second I just see a video of a GP sat there, you know, it's that classic kind of way of sharing health information. just completely turns me off and I think as well you know when people are saying oh well you should do this, you should do this, you should do this, if it just doesn't resonate with me and it doesn't feel achievable I'm just immediately going to turn off as well, that you know if I immediately think oh well I'm not going to be able to do that, you've lost me, so I think it's health professionals and not even just health professionals but kind of people spreading information or like sharing awareness of things that they're running during winter and all this would be really good for you, I think it's just creating like innovative ways to get that information across and maybe not focusing on you know generic health things but I've been doing a lot of work on weight management services at the moment and I think it's focusing on that kind of healthy lifestyle and what you'll benefit from it and the gains as opposed to you need to do this and that kind of like lecturing preachy kind of old school style of sharing information. So I think for me it's very much like innovation, kind of that conversation style, things that really resonate with me as a person and the things that I struggle with and the things that I'm facing day to day. Because I think if I saw someone just sit down and be like oh I found this really tough today, oh but I also did this and this really helped, almost like that kind of best friend kind of style, I think those are the things that I really take on board a lot more readily and I'm sure a lot of other people are the same. And absolutely Bretton Woods Forest community will resonate very well.
