So the management, the difference is like type, sometimes initially if the person is now, for example, newly diagnosed diabetes, sometimes that can be reversible. People can, if they extensively, you know, make the lifestyle changes, they can be like just maybe on one tablet or they don't need to go on insulin and they can live healthy for a long time. Maybe at some stage they need to have another therapies, but that can be done. But if they had like a pre-diabetes for a few years, they were undiagnosed and now they diagnosed with diabetes already. The studies shows that 50% of pancreas already damaged, then they have to go on treatment along with the lifestyle changes. Type 1 diabetes, they unfortunately, they don't have any choice. They need to have an insulin. They cannot survive with insulin.
