So, I'm on a four injection a day treatment plan, so Humalog and Lantus Insulin. Over the last four or five years, I've been using a CGM, Continuous Glucose Monitoring Sensor, away from the daily rigmarole of blood tests. And really, my plan has been quite consistent across that. I mean, frankly, since I moved to a full injection plan, which was back when I was 14, 15 years old, I think, possibly slightly earlier. It is one of the things, perhaps, if you are someone who's had diabetes for a long time, I wouldn't say you get lost in the system, but the if it ain't broke don't fix it approach seems to apply quite a lot and if you fall off the you know if you don't keep up to date with what's going on in terms of thinking around diabetes and you know stay in contact actively with medical providers like your you know your GP in the UK or whoever it might be um it can be easy to kind of slide into just this is the way it's worked you know I'm still here so that's what I'm going to keep doing so I mean I've been I've been, as I say, I've been on my current medication strategy for a decade or longer and you know without any real issues but I am aware there have been advances since then that I may be not currently using.
