Testing your blood sugars at home can be done with a finger prick test and your blood sugar monitoring machine that should be given to you by your GP or your diabetologist. Keeping a record of that is something only you can do and then using those trends we can then support and guide what your treatment might need to be around the time of an operation and then longer term.
