We do get sometimes, you know, patients like waiting for a foot operation or some certain eyes operation. So, you know, they need to have a good control prior to operation. So, when we see that the patient has been referred to us, we intensify the treatment and then intensify again with a diet and exercise. We tell them, you know, eat less or reduce portion of carbs, regular exercise, add lots of fruit and vegetables.
