Do you find that horrible trouble abroad and how you manage your health and if so in what way? 100% yes. I like to travel so I make sure now that I have healthy snacks. I took a train ride for 21 hours from Florida to Baltimore. Ahead of time I found out what foods again, okay, but I packed healthy snacks. I packed water. I even packed like a chocolate kind board, I think it was, because you are going to crave things. You're going to see people walking by with sodas and hot dogs and potato chips, you know, but I think if you plan your trip, it's much better. I made a sweet potato. It doesn't go bad. I left it in my little lunchbox, you know, so I think planning is very healthy and when you go away, for instance, if you go to the UK, all the foods are different. If you go to Paris, all the foods are different. It's okay to eat in moderation. For me, I may want to try that hot chocolate in Paris, you know, or, you know, the, I forget what it is, but at the pub, there's like really all these fried foods and we don't stay around fried foods, but I might want to try something. Doesn't mean I have to eat the whole thing. And another thing that really helps is when you go out to eat and you're vacationing and you get this huge thing, you can say to the service person, can you put half of that in a box, but bring it later, you know? Or can you put, you go to something for Japanese, Chinese, can you put the sauce on the side, you know, just put a little bit. Just try to be mindful of where you are and the beauty you want to see because food does motivate us. We, you know, it does. We have a hard time knowing that we don't need all this, but where we live, there's always abundance, and you don't need to, you don't need all that. So planning is really important to take care of yourself, even though there's a story.
