So, yeah, overall, I think it's it's a positive season. Excellent. To continue that note of positivity, are there any personal goals that you hope to start a restart as the season changes. I mean this could relate to an activity, diet, mindset or even daily habits. I think for me because I have quite a busy hectic lifestyle with two small kids and everything of my health and well-being is around them and their routines and things like that. So I definitely feel during spring, I try to incorporate a walk into my day, but it has to be around my child's routine to school and things. So we try and walk to school during the school run, and then during pickup time as well. So that gives me about 40 minutes of walking because it's quite a long walk, 20 minutes each way. So 41 minutes of walking twice a day. So that's how I get my walk in at least. But it's very difficult with two small children because you know they fall ill and they have all their classes and school and stuff so everything is has to be around their routine. And on the weekends we try and do swimming together as a family so we take my son and my daughter swimming as well. So that's something that I try and incorporate but it is tough when when they fall ill and not always that motivated to go out and do those things, but try when we can. But eating it is very tough because we're always thinking about their meals and stuff, so we try and eat, trying to do it together as a family as well, trying to eat a bit healthier when we can, but it's not always possible because we're very busy with work and kids and stuff like that. So we do try and incorporate it when we can. you
