Great, absolutely perfect. All right, next question is, how do you support, how do you stay supported or connected with your community or care providers during the summer months? What role do they play? Well, you'll like this. I see my doctor every four months. I check my blood every day. I have to do that. I could check it every other day because I'm doing really much better. I've lost 20 pounds. Like I said, I got a doctor that's a cheerleader. I really respect him. I can say anything to him. So he's one, I use the portal if I feel like I have something going on that's hard for me medically. And then I joined a center for 55 and over. And it is the best thing I've ever done. And I've done a lot of things in a good way. It's technology, health, something else, arts, arts. So it's not like a center that you know, you go into, and you're meeting someone, you have lunch, and you go home, there's all different kinds of senior centers. It has motivated me and I have motivated others, just by being there. I mean, I took a ceramic class and it was the best thing. I never did ceramics. With my hands, I've made the most things that I didn't even know I was capable of, you know. I do an art class and you feel so good that you want to go there and you want to look nice and you want to create new friends and that's really what you need to do in the months that everybody's out, you know. And in our community, people walk, they're outside, you know. Sometimes you go to communities where people just stay inside. You've got to get out. You can't look at four walls. You go get depressed. And depression is very hard, especially if you have a medical condition. You've got to get out around people. And that's what helps me through the summers.
