Absolutely, absolutely. And what support do you think helps people stay on track with their health goals in the spring? Family, community, reminders, planning, mindset? I would definitely say mindset, because self-help is probably one of the best helps that you can have for yourself. People aren't always dependable, so your best bet is probably just to really focus on what makes you feel good, being aware of what makes you feel bad, and then choosing healthy ways to cope with your emotions in that way. I would also say when pertaining to LifeBridge and joining different communities and different programs that are usually provided in the springtime, that's when new beginnings start, that's when new opportunities start to open up for everyone. So I would say looking into your community and seeing what resources you have around you to really be able to help, you know, support you and take care of you in that manner. Indeed, absolutely. Thank you very much. And how do you feel a LifeBridge HealthShared community could help you or others to build positive momentum during the spring season? I would definitely say continuing beneficial programs programs that not only reach a certain, I would say, like, financial demographic, but also is just, you know, free for everyone to join, regardless of age. I think that would be very beneficial. So that way, not only we can handle things individually, but it also unites people together. So that way, you can actually feel like a reliable support system from not only their family whether because you never know someone's situation when it pertains to family. So just letting people know that if you don't have that at home you can have that in a different community and in reality we're all supposed to treat each other as if we are family because we are one in the same in some way shape or form. So I would say just is being able to create events in the community that brings everyone together and that could help focus on mental health and maybe have motivational speakers speak here and there, just things of that sort, I would say.
