It's words like that we're doing this for, you know, getting those out to people. Okay, I'm going to ask you a question. How do you stay motivated or connected to healthy habits during the fall? Is there a particular behavior or mindset or tool that helps you? I just love life. I love being around, I love seeing my grown children, I love seeing my grandchildren. So that's my motivation, just to do better, to do what I need to do to live longer and just be a positive role model for them. You know, I know when it's my time, it's gonna be my time, but while I'm here, I wanna do what I can do, just to be healthy and happy. Thank you for that. Now, we're creating this online community, we want you to be a part of it, and all your friends and family, and we call it a health-shared community. So what could a health-shared community do to support you or others through the fall, moving into winter? Ideas for engagement, conversation, you know, that sort of stuff is what we're looking for. Different interactive engagements, such as recipe sharing and things like that, I think will be good. Like, you know, in a community like, you know, when the fall comes, just trying to come up with different soups or whatever it's football season, we all excited just that we can share like different recipes or just have different Zoom meetings or about anything that may be interest of someone. I just like to share like different farmers markets that they may attend in your particular state, because I know it's many out there. I do like exploring the different farms during the fall season, just getting a little pumpkins and the apples and things like that. So just different interactive things like that, just sharing information. Even if you in the same state with somebody just like me, I'm looking for like a competent primary care physician. Oh, I go to this doctor. She's really good. Just sharing information like that would be very helpful for me. me. Beautiful. Okay. Looking ahead over, you know, the fall to come, what are your hopes for your health over, over that season? Are there any goals, changes or intentions that you'd like to set for the, for the fall? Just keep moving and keep just taking care of self care. Like I'm, I get my nails done every two weeks. I had my face care regimen. It's just certain things that I'm not going to do. I work hard for my money out, you know, and I was like, I'm going to take care of myself. I make sure I'm good. So, um, just those small things for me. Um, I like journal and I like scrapbook and I like doing a lot of those things cause it's therapeutic for me. So just continue to do those things and just of course, healthy eating, healthy living, keep moving, trying to be consistent with things. Um, I enjoy watching TV as well. So, and I read books all the time. I'm in a book club so it's just those things that keep me moving to keep me motivated and what I plan to continue to do those things during the fall and I probably read more in the fall because there's not a lot going on like it is in the spring and summer so I probably read more in the fall and the winter months.
