Fantastic. And on that note of importance, how do you stay supported or connected with your community or care providers during the summer months? What role do they play? Yeah, yeah, so I think, you know, for me, I had mentioned the spring, I tend to see a lot of my providers, but if I have questions or concerns, I definitely am big on like, you know, with us traveling, I might not see them in person as much but being able to reach out over like my patient portal and things like that to say, hey, I'm noticing this or I'm struggling with this, being able to get like feedback across that as an avenue is really helpful. You know, I really wish to that some of my providers had more like, automated kind of check ins on their end, where they would almost be like, hey, just checking in to see how, you know, summer is a great and fun time. And it can be hard to maintain your healthy habits. So how are you doing? Like, even if it's a text message and email, whatever, but just something from them, like, hey, we're here, we're checking in. Because I think that goes back to that accountability piece and having somebody that I know cares about me and is checking in with me that you know from my health care providers who I trust and have gone to many of them since I was 18. So being able to you know hear from them and get those check-ins I think would be really helpful in making a difference over the summer too. Absolutely couldn't agree more uh it's it's it's really, really very resonant. And my last question of this section is what would a healthy summer look like for you personally? What are you hoping to achieve or maintain this season in the summer? Yeah, I think for me a healthy summer and what I'm hoping for the summer, which hopefully will be a little bit different than other summers is doing more preparing and planning and you know, kind of having more of a schedule and routine even when things are not on a schedule and on a routine, the little bits that I can build and at least have some kind of planning I tend to be more successful than when I'm just kind of flying by the seat of my pants, um, and just making spontaneous decisions on the fly. So, um, that's something that I have a really big goal to try to plan ahead. You know, maybe making some like real quick, like egg bites or something that I can make ahead of time free is pop in the microwave before we even leave for a trip, things like that. So that way it's not that, oh, we're halfway down the road and there's a McDonald's and making that kind of a decision. So having some planning, you know, in there, I think would make it a lot easier and then also to putting some of that accountability on my partner that I don't have to always be the one that's making all the planning and all the decision making and trying to prepare all this stuff like we're in this together and thankfully I have a wonderful partner that is very supportive so being able to kind of similarly like tag him in to say hey look help me come up with these ideas help me plan for these things because I can't take that mental learn all on my own. Excellent, yes having supportive partnership or supportive partners really really makes the whole journey far more meaningful and enriching health wise.
