So Rachel, moving on to autumn, how does the transition into autumn affect your clients overall health or daily routines? Yeah, we do notice, you know, autumn we're seeing sort of things are beginning to slow down a bit more after that hectic time over the summer and people often there's more structure returning as maybe families have got their children going back into schools and you know we're also trying to get back to some sort of routine so there is a shift for many people as we go into autumn but it also again draws people back to still having to think about themselves maybe a bit more and working out maybe there's some routines that they want to get back into so they can keep their health and well-being as as good as possible. Are there any particular challenges that tend to arise for your clients during the autumn months and how do they usually respond to these? Yes, often clients may find that changing routine can be a challenge for them, maybe the demands on their time can be increased for some, whereas for others the demand has changed and they may have less to do. Again, each client is individual based on what's happening in their lives and obviously when they're talking to us we're always looking for ways to help them with whichever pathway they're on and try and link them to things back into the community to help them either fill their days or if they are already really busy about trying to find ways that they can still make time for themselves.
