Okay, now how does the transition into the fall affect your overall health or daily routine? Okay, I would say I love autumn. Autumn is probably my favorite season. Yeah, my first favorite season, my second favorite season would be considered spring. So it helping my physical health would definitely probably be the ability to how can I put this, it's almost like it calms down my adrenaline. When the season changes into autumn, you know, things kind of slow down. and they're starting to just calm down after the summer. I feel like the summer is so hyper. So when autumn comes, it's just a breather. You know, you're allowing the energy from the summer to just take you to a different place and regroup in a different way. So the diet is probably definitely changing from focusing on colder beverages and colder meals, I'm starting to focus more on the warm meals and eating more soup, most likely, including broth and things of that sort, trying to build my immune system to get ready for the winter or the colder weather. I would also say, Emotionally, autumn kind of, like I said, it just changes the mood. It causes me to really kind of take a breather, feels like I can focus on financial goals and focus on stability in a more serene way. Because the weather is also, it's not too hot, but it's also not too cold. so it just creates a better environment for me to be able to take care of myself and feel a sense of stability with my environment. Excellent, thank you very much. And are there any particular challenges that tend to arise for you during the fall months? And how do you usually respond to those challenges? You know, during the fall, honestly, I feel like the biggest challenge will probably be just adapting to the changes of the seasons. I do have seasonal allergies, which I don't know how I feel to mention that previously, but when the autumn comes, so in between the summer and fall, that would probably be the the most challenging with my seasonal allergies because my eyes get a bit puffy. And depending on, I guess, my age, as I've gotten older, I've always had to change or adjust the way that I cope with that with certain medications. Like when I was younger, I was able to take nasal sprays and Claritin and that would help me somewhat, but then I grew out of that. And Claritin doesn't really have a strong enough impact impact on my body anymore for it to solve the problem. So then it turned into just different allergy medications depending on what my provider says or what they provide for me at the pharmacy. And sometimes I don't have any effects seasonally. So it really, it's just unpredictable. It really depends on my body. And okay, thank you very much. Thank you. Very, very important. And do you find yourself preparing physically or mentally for the colder months ahead? And what does that look like for you? Yes, I definitely found myself preparing for the colder months. I feel like there's a mindset shift that kind of occurs when begins I'm more focused on financial stability and just making sure that saving is probably going to increase during the autumn so that because you're changing or I'm changing my environment as well so instead of being outside and going to different events and maybe spending more money than what I should as a normal human being. I would say I am now working on saving and just making sure that I am preparing for any storms that are going to come. You know, as the weather changes, you have to worry about electricity going out and food shortages in certain areas and certain environments. He was not able to have access to certain things like he would in the summer when everything just begins to increase in your access.
