Are there any non-modifiable risks for impingement? So there are certain factors such as genetic. We know there are some people more predisposed to impingement and rotator cuff type injuries. And those are factors that we clearly can't modify. But there is a lot unknown about impingement as well. For instance, over the age of 60, traditionally, the traditional teaching is that, or traditional knowledge, that more than 60% of patients will have some form of tear in their rotator cuff, but not necessarily 60% are symptomatic at any one time. So there is clearly a background of impingement and rotator cuff disease which is ongoing. Some of the factors we think we understand which are environmental related to occupation or leisure activities we do perhaps now more use of the phone and keyboard type devices. But there are other factors at play which we don't fully understand, and they may be relation to genetics, in terms of our collagen maker.
