On that note, if you could give someone advice about staying healthy in the winter, what would you tell them based on your own experience? If I would first, because I do encounter people who just feel a little gloomy in the winter, I say, look, if it helps, call somebody who you really like and just talk, have a conversation with them. Call your doctor if you're feeling down too much and have him or her make an appointment for you to see a specialist. I says, there are numerous amounts of opportunities out here people who can help you, or you can go online and get things to help yourself. But I said, but don't sit here and simmer and gloom and doom, try to find out what's eating you up and just talk to somebody. I've talked quite a few people into just, you know, just go do some reading about why people feel like you're feeling right now, and that might help. If not, you need to go, you need to talk to your healthcare provider and have him or her you some directions. Sure. And lastly, what could healthcare providers do differently to better support people during the winter? I mean, in terms of preparation, communication types of care? I think when people go to the doctors for their semi-annual checkups or so on and so forth, I think it would be helpful if your health provider spent a minute or so, because they don't have much time to spend with you at all, just to spend a minute or so asking how do you really feel right now? Are you hurting, not physically, but emotionally? To just see where people are. I think we often get, we get confused when we go to the doctor sometimes because we think we just go when our body physically hurts, but it's also the emotional side of it. That's just as important. And I think if the healthcare providers could spend just a minute or so in their examinations, helping people in that regard, that might be of some help to their patients. Charles, thanks very much. Thanks immensely for sharing your experiences.
