So, during winter, if I get stuck, if I get stuck not doing something, you know, I learned years ago that, you know, thoughts should never get stuck in the brain, they should just pass through. And when they get stuck, that's when you sort of get into a spiral. And I sort of use that same type of thought process, you know, with, with other things. If I'm stressing out, if I'm eating too much, it's like, okay, you ate too much yesterday, let it go, move on to the next day and don't eat more. So I do my best to self-discipline. Certainly at times, I have an incredible general practitioner doctor who's always available if I need something, if it really gets too much of a rabbit hole, or I just can't figure out how to get out of something, he's very helpful. And I have a great family. And they're also, you know, my sister's wonderful to come slap me in the head and say, really, just get out of it. So those are sort of my three go-tos.
