In the wintertime, I do think physical activity and a healthy diet take a backseat. People are in, they don't go out as much, the cold, it's gray. So that's difficult for them, I think. It seems the people I work with, that's mainly the concern. And if we hit those, it seems like it helps the rest. Because if you're getting more physical activity, you're not going to be as stressed.
