So my health and well-being goals, winter, are really no different than any other time of year. It's just recognizing that winter causes you to do different things to maintain them. You have to make sure that you remain in contact with friends, that you're still socializing, You're still going out, being around people, knowing where your energy comes from, and really just being aware of what's around you and what's in your headspace at times to sort of change things up if they're needed, because winter is probably the most challenging of the seasons to really maintain mental acuity and just be happy where you are. You know, that also might include a trip to somewhere warm and somewhere sunny. You know, it doesn't have to be a long one. You just reset everything every once in a while.
