I don't know what has caused my diabetes, I didn't have an outrageous lifestyle, I never have had. I've usually eaten pretty much what I've wanted to eat, but from an early age I was always instructed to by my mother to have a good diet and of course mothers are there to be obeyed and so I only ate what she dished out anyway. I think the strongest point would be lifestyle. Regular meals, healthy meals, a good sleep versus awake regime. Sometimes these things are not possible when you're in business, of course. Exercise would feature in it and I've never been a great exerciser but I've occasionally been a bit porky but nothing very much, nothing too horrendous.
