What other questions do you get asked in your clinics? The questions really largely vary. A lot of patients will come forward and ask you know what are my chances of success? That question is really hard to answer because success is broken down into a number of factors. So, you know, we can talk about technical success, but then it's also really important as part of the counselling, I think, to be candid about mortality, because there is a mortality attached with aneurysm repair and there is a mortality there is a there are morbidity or complications attached with aneurysm repair whether that's keyhole or open surgery so it's really important I think to be honest about those particular factors and particularly as you know as I've discussed before you know you're asking a patient who often doesn't have pain from this problem to have quite a big operation so they need to know why they're having it and what the risks are.
