The requirement for follow-up after you have had cellulitis will actually be very much personalized to you depending on the site of the cellulitis and the severity thereof. For example, if you have had a mild to moderate infection in the lower limbs, it is very important that you are followed up, that your veins are assessed to see if they may be a contributory factor for having recurrent cellulitis. And if this is the case and we find that you have incompetent varicose veins, we would recommend their treatment in somebody who has had cellulitis. So it is very important that your follow-up is very much personalised to you.
