What do you remember from your ITU experience?

goodness yeah I mean first of all I was just I was just kind of I was on a bit of a high because I felt okay I've come through the other side of this and actually I'm not feeling any pain but obviously I was in an unfamiliar environment. Curiously enough, because I live in Africa, the nurse who was assigned to me on that first night, and the operation by the way took place at about two-ish, I went down there at about four to two I think, and then I came out at about seven, yeah I came to about seven or maybe a bit bit later. And there was an African nurse who was assigned to me. And I had the hospital where I had the treatment done was a private hospital. And so even though it was an ITU, I had a private room and a dedicated nurse to look after me. So, you know, we were chatting, and she was from, I think she was from Nigeria, and talking about Africa and stuff. So my emotion was very much of, well, you know, I've come out the other side of this, it's been fixed. And okay, I'm gonna have a recovery to get through. But I'm, I'm okay. And I'm not suffering any pain. So I was I was feeling really good about that. And the treatment was just exceptional. You know, the level of care that I was given was better than any of my expectations.
