What else do you use that's non-medicinal for pain relief? So I'm really big on things like meditation. Meditation is absolutely amazing. Things like mindfulness is absolutely amazing. In fact, I have a colleague, Maya and myself, we did a mindfulness course for the EDS charity, which is absolutely amazing. We did an eight-week course for them. So things like meditation is amazing. I'm very big into things like homeopathy as well and anything natural because I'm on a lot of medication and I don't like having to take medication all the time, so anything that's more natural alternatives I will take, or even things like sprays for magnesium, they're absolutely great as it helps with the pains in the joints and muscles.
