Well, the challenges really are again, because during Ramadan, you're only allowed to eat twice in a day before sunrise and after sunset. And so in the UK, we know this year Ramadan going to fall on around about the 2nd of April and so the days are going to get longer and longer from then on for the next 30 days and so you get daytime hours from, I don't know, depending on where you live in the UK, anything from 16-17 hours upwards and so people try to fill their stomachs as much as they can early in the morning before sunrise and after sunset when they break their fast then there are two meals within that. One is just the supposedly light meal which is not even regarded as a snacking basically but in snacking comes you know really fried stuff like samosas and onion bhajis and so on and so forth. And then people go and pray and then come back and then they have what they call a meal, which will be again rice and chapatis and sweets, dates etc. So the issue is that they're during, and of course then you haven't got time to digest that meal because you've gone to bed soon after that and then four or five hours later you're getting up again and filling your stomach up again. So that really is something that needs to be looked at as well as diet itself. It's very difficult to get this message across that you don't need to fill your stomach up so much in the morning and equally at night you You don't need to go completely wild just because you're breaking your fast now. Yeah, I think that's something that we need to look at.
