So, coming out of summer, heading into fall, I typically try and prepare myself mentally and physically for those shorter days that are coming. I certainly try and eat now that summer's over and all the fresh food that was there. I look to be more meal prepared, knowing that I just can't get fresh food all the time. I'll put stuff in the freezer and just know that I won't be ordering in all the time and I have food at home that I can cook that's healthy and good for me.
