I will just update that Jeremy is day 11 after operations for descending aortic aneurysm replaced replacement and previously had the mechanical aortic valve replaced. Jeremy tell us your experience after this surgery. Well it It was a long time before I came round, so I don't remember a lot about it, and I'm quite happy about that, obviously, but since my recovery it's been pretty good so far. were some any other expectations or something went wrong? No not at all really no no it's gone when I was explained about the operation it sounded quite complicated, but it's sort of, it seems to have gone, it seems to have gone okay. Yeah, we know that your surgery took almost 12 hours. Yeah, right. And so far you were happy even with the level of pain you experienced at this surgery? Since surgery, yeah, yeah. Is it well controlled? Yeah yeah yeah it is it is surprisingly so I mean I'm only on paracetamol now now that's yeah but that seems to be sufficient. And what would be your recommendations to other patients? To not be scared of it really. And at the moment you're in general happy that this surgery happened? Yeah yeah despite the fact that at the time I felt perfectly okay I was told that I needed an operation so it was a bit strange having a major operation when I felt perfectly fine but yeah it's come off. Yeah but your surgery as well was having rather higher risk not to be operated than to be operated. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
