I'm not much of a resolution kind of person. I find you may, if you're making a resolution, that means you probably made one the year before and it didn't work, so you're making it again. I know I'm a little cynical when it comes to that, but that's just my nature. So I do my best to really just focus on what I want to do, what my goals are every day. I look at maintaining weight, maintaining health, stability as, you know, you have to be consistent. And consistency to me is one of the hardest things to do. Some people are amazing at it, they always do it. You know, I waver sometimes at it, but when I do, I know I do, and therefore I push myself whenever that time comes to get back into being consistent. And if I am, then the resolutions don't necessarily, you don't need to all of a sudden resolve to do something different.
