Question four, at this time of the year, what's the thing that most concerns me about my health? In the summer, you get invited to a lot of parties. There are a lot of people having weddings, big garden parties, eating lots of heavy meals. And as much as the population is trying very hard to eat more healthily, we are going out a lot more in the summer, we spend, we go home from work, we will stop with friends to have dinner, where we might not have done that in the winter months. On the weekends, we definitely eat a lot more food, and we might not be eating lots of heavy winter-based meals with lots of carbohydrates, but the volume of food that we eat is generally a lot greater, just because the opportunity to kind of graze is there and therefore the thing that concerns me about my health when it comes to the summer months is the overeating and then the gaining of weight and then being much more cautious about what we eat and it can be quite a challenge mentally to make sure that I am eating healthily and trying not to graze and it can be more difficult when you're watching other people at a party and everybody's eating and enjoying themselves and having the kind of mental strength to say, no, it's much harder in the summer with lots of people around you. But again, it's something that you need to face and try to appreciate that I should eat slower so that I know when I'm full and really turning down food that's being offered at parties that I don't really need because my body's telling me at that point that I am no longer hungry. And listening to what my body's telling me is really important. And that certainly is the advice I would give as a clinician to my patients and the advice I try to follow myself.
