Food and summer is a very interesting topic for me. I find that I eat the healthiest because seafood is abundant and fresh seafood. I'm not as good at vegetables but they are still fresh and good and the ones that I like are even better. The only downside is that I tend to eat later at night, which brings some problems with it at times, but I also know that that's the sacrifice of eating after dark and dark isn't until 9, 9.30. So again, I try and balance it out. I feel the meals during summer can often be lighter and not as heavy, so therefore eating later is okay, at least as I see it or rationalize it. And the trade-offs for whatever might be bad are well worth it to me during summer.
