So question number one, we're heading into summer What are you looking forward to and what are you not looking forward to and why? So I think the obvious thing I'm looking forward to in summer is more daylight. It's warmer. I think that makes us all Feel better and more energized. It means the days are longer. So getting up and going out and Exercising it's it's all much more doable than when it's dark and rainy. What I'm not looking forward to, this sounds rather silly I suppose, but I ever since my operation I have worn a one of four woolly scarves which cover the front of my scar and just give me a bit of cushioning and reassurance in case anyone bumps into me and obviously going to be able to wear that in the summer and so just perhaps feeling a bit more vulnerable in what I'm wearing because it will be warmer. I think that's probably about it. I'm quite looking forward to summer so not a lot of apprehension other than that.
