Staying Motivated in Cold Weather

Then, I guess on a more personal level, so, you know, getting into the colder, colder weather, shorter daytime, how do you motivate yourself, you know, maybe at work or just in life in general? So I must admit, I like coming to work. I really enjoy my job and I like seeing my colleagues and I look forward to come to see my patients, I have to be honest. I've never had a situation where I feel, oh, I've got to go to work or I hate going to work, so I have to quite look forward to my day. So that in itself is enough for me to get to work. I'm massive, but I'm not great at getting out in the morning when it's cold because I just don't like the cold weather. But once I'm at work, I'm quite motivated and, you know, energetic. And when I'm at work, I want to give my 100%. And so, with no time, I had to do that. And I quite enjoy it. And my personality-wise, I wouldn't feel happy if I didn't do everything that was required, you know. So that in itself motivates me because I've got to do what's the best for the patient at that particular time. I don't rest easy if I know that I could have done something and I didn't do it. So when I'm there and somebody needs to have whatever needs to be done, I would do the best that I can at that point to get everything done and you know do what needs to be done so that in itself keeps me motivated and I think just the fact that I am passionate about what I do And I actually and I like seeing my colleagues that in itself is quite a big thing So I actually come to work looking forward to seeing them
