Question 2. How do you motivate yourself to face those challenges associated with this spring season? Well, I think the best timing I can think of in order to avoid having to go out in hot whether it's early in the mornings and late in the evenings, my motivation would be to try and get as much done as possible early in the morning because you're fresh, you've had a rest overnight and try and achieve as much as I can then and whatever's left over in terms of my physical activity, I'd like to finish that off before sunset and before it gets too dark. Yes, I think probably even more so because you get, because of pleasant weather, you get a lot more, you know, in terms of, you know, the greenery that sort of starts blooming and also as a result of that you get, and good weather, you also get more of the birds and the squirrels and rabbits and so on coming out and about, and that also is something that helps cheer you up anyway. Most of my walks are done on my own, which is my preference, and I do that for, A, to keep up with my pace and also to take a look at nature so I can concentrate more on nature when I'm on my own.
