And how do you feel Lifebridge Healthshare community that we are establishing could help you or others to build positive momentum during the spring season? I'm trying, you know, I'm trying to think of really practical things that you could do. And I would say about the only, you know, other other than being in physical contact. I think the main thing would be to be reminders in a positive way of, you know, it's spring, it's the time that, you know, get outside and find a yellow flower, get outside and see if the leaves have started on the trees in your neighborhood. Is it time for the dogwoods to bloom? You know, those, to set something specific, I guess, almost like a scavenger hunt, go out and see if you can find a, I don't care, a dandelion, you know, anything. Sure. Go ahead. Yeah, no, no, please. I'm sorry I interrupted you. No, it's just that that's the only thing that I can think of, because I don't think people want LifeBridge or any other medical facility impinging on them in any really directive way. I think just the suggestions, or maybe even a daily or a weekly challenge, you know, how about getting outside and doing so-and-so this week or, you know, get up to see the sunrise one morning or, you know, notice the sunset one day this week, those kinds of things, that's what enriches me. me. Okay, and thank you very much. And when you look ahead over the coming months in the spring, okay, what would a healthy spring look like for you personally? I've said I think it's mostly getting outside because I don't tolerate the heat very well and I don't tolerate the really cold very well so spring is my window to kind of reconnect with nature. Excellent, thank you very much. That's really, really very, very helpful and now...
