What changes do you notice in your food choices or physical activities in summer? Are there any particular things you do differently to stay well? I think we always eat pretty well, and that's been a conscious thing. Gone are the days of sausages, burgers, those sorts of meals. I'm very conscious of this because we have a lodger, and our lodger's 25, and his diet is totally different to ours. he'll be frying something or eating red meat nearly every evening and using the air fryer. And he doesn't eat vegetables and he doesn't… it's interesting, isn't it, how you notice that and if you've got a young person in your household how you can sort of make those observations. But I don't think seasonally we eat… we probably have a few more salads and things in the summer, but I mean, we don't do barbecues very much, I don't, you know.
