We try to help the community members who reach out to us, and also in the activities and the programs and the events that we try to promote, we really look for an increase in socialization and physical activity, and then from that also healthy diet. perfect opportunity to start again. It's getting light longer so you might be out a little more, you can do a little more, you're coming out of that hibernation period of the winter. And so that's what we try to stress in the spring. I think really helping people understand about owning their own health, it's a great time to do that. It's a great start to that, that they do have some power within themselves in the spring as they're learning about these programs and getting out more and hearing more and participating more. So giving the confidence of that support that they own their health I think will serve very well going into the rest of the seasons and continuing on some of the resolutions that they may have made.
