Today is my 7th or 8th attendance to this brilliant conference. So since the very beginning I was attracted by the concept of the Leclerc Foundation and the atmosphere around these activities, so then became a lecturer for the conference, but always trying to export the concept into other countries. This is why as soon as I I became President-elect of the World Union, the involvement was increasing, and I think we did very well last year in Florence, then I became patron, and I thank, it's an honour and privilege for me and I'm still thinking to have more activities in the World Union project in the years to come, during my presidency, in order to involve more and more the Le Club Foundation. One aspect, one project which I am going to support strongly is the recent document the Leck Club Foundation produced about patient advocacy recently launched.
