Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation

So Mrs. Conway, could you tell us about how your experience was today? Fantastic actually. You don't know what's going to happen, you talk to other people and they say it's nothing, but it's like everything else if you never had it, so you have a slight worry. But no, it was marvellous, I didn't feel a thing. Everybody was really lovely and explaining as she's going along that just remove the cataract. One time it sounded like a little drill was going, but that's great, but no it was. I will recommend it. That was actually my next question is what would you recommend to future patients? I would recommend that actually there's nothing to worry about. You don't feel anything. It's the unknown, isn't it really? I far prefer this actually to having a tooth out. good to know and relatively quick yeah and did anything happen today I was unexpected or did it go to plan yeah okay and is the first time you had a cataract yes I think at some point I will actually have to have my other eye done but I think that's in the future it's not it's not too bad okay well and everything you're basically happy with well yes I mean I can see actually without that fog yeah because I haven't driven for quite a while it got it got too dangerous yeah those things just disappeared from me yeah I saw them come by me, I couldn't see them. So I'll be pleased to be able to drive and get your independence back and yes. Okay, well, I have got a bus pass, so that's it. Yeah, I'm very pleased and brilliant service.
