You just gotta keep trying different things. I mean, sometimes like pork and beans is a good thing for me that does it. One time I'll eat it and it'll be fine. The next time I might eat it and something's going on and it'll spike my sugar. You just have to kind of really watch everything you do and pay attention to your body because your body's going to tell you what what's going on and what you need to do to fix it. Well with me like the pork and beans is a good thing for me because I'll want the pork and beans well if I eat the pork and beans and I feel okay you know sometimes you know you feel kind of weird after you eat a sugary thing then it's like okay that's good and I'll check my sugar and it stays low but then the next time I might eat it and it goes really really wonky and then your body just feels different it's like I don't know, you get sleepy or something like that and but if you don't eat what you want, what your body wants to eat, like if you want the sugars and the candy sweet potatoes like a first Thanksgiving, I want that, so if I want it, I'm going to eat it and then it's going to go okay, that was good but I don't need to eat it anymore because your body doesn't need it, it's just something you're wanting. But it seems that you've trained yourself slowly and systematically over the years to listen to your body as it were, and then to regulate what you're eating, and that's wonderful. Well, what I find is people that are newly diagnosed can sometimes they worry, am I going to be able to be as disciplined and so on. your story is one of, please have faith in yourself. And I guess you would say, I don't want to put words in your mouth, Cindy, but I guess you would say, don't give up on yourself. I know, definitely don't, because you're worth it. Yeah. And Cindy, I guess you would, you would also inspire this newly diagnosed person. listen, listen, there is a way out of this. Listen, there is a way to bring it under control. And it's for them. It's going to take your time. Yeah, I work. Yeah. And if there was one little secret, if they asked you for it, though, what's the one secret to keep it under control? What would you say it was? My biggest thing is if I want something like candy, sweet potatoes or the pork and beans go ahead and have that one serving of it and then don't worry about it move on to your next your next day it's a whole new day okay so don't be over hard on yourself right you know occasionally it's fine to have what you want okay that's fantastic
