The last year has been dominated by diabetes, which has really been the cause of bed sores, saws on my heels. But the good news is that I've become completely teetotal for over a year now. And your left, your left foot has healed. And my left foot, yes, my left foot has healed. My right foot is on the threshold, I believe, of healing. I'm seen once a week by a podiatrist who's an excellent lady. I've had nothing but great support from the medical profession is actually what I can say. But it's got to come, you know, it's a two way thing, it's a two way thing, you know, one has to abide by the rules. So if you're if you're not a rule taker, I think you might have an immediate problem. It's important for me that I stick to my prescriptions, I take my drugs when I need to take them, I meet all of my medical appointments, and take a proactive role in meeting those objectives and to make sure that they happen. I feel that I've got a responsibility as well. I'm on good terms with my pharmacist. You know, there are agencies around that are clearly district nurses, I see once a week as well to dress my feet.
