What is your strategy to find stuff out? My strategy is to find stuff out. So if I will do some research, I will have a filter on what I research. sometimes there are papers being done because there are academic needs for papers to be produced and my view is, well, how practical is this and how can I apply it to my life? Is there anything I can learn? If I'm given choices, is this choice worth it for me? me? Is it something that I will find freeing? Or is it another type of restriction? So I think my method is to get information. If there's something that's scary, look into it. Be mindful that perhaps it's scary because I'm thinking about things that might happen rather than could or will happen. So I try to narrow that down and kind of put a bit of a boundary around that fear and then make a decision about well is this a valid fear for me or is it that's something I need to do something about or can I kind of bum it in that file which says nice to know but not essential.
