My experience with Metformin.

Chris talks about how how he feels that both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes should both be taken seriously. He shares his learning on both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. He talks about a relative who took his type 2 Diabetes lightly but felt that early care and attention to things like weight loss may be helpful in the longer term. Chris has also come across people with Gestational Diabetes as well as women with Type 1 Diabetes who were pregnant. He ends by talking about the benefits of good blood glucose control.

Steve talks about what insulin treatment he was on previously and what he's on now. He talks about his journey from injections, leading up to an Insulin pump today. He talks also about how he felt empowered to share in the decision making.

John shares his understanding of his Diabetes. He shares that his father had Diabetes and passed away young and so was aware of the complications that could happen. He was initially started on Metformin and then later was started on Insulin.

Steve, who's lived with type 1 Diabetes for 30 years talks about his experience of having Diabetes and using Insulin.
