lobectomy

My name is Miroslav Tereziak. Today, on Wednesday, I had surgery operation on my lung, on my right lung. There was cut of tumor and top lobe on my lung. I will just explain that the miroslav at the moment is day four after right video assisted thoracoscopic right upper lobectomy lung operation resection for the tumor. I think I had very very good care and doctors were absolutely professional from my point of view, yeah, and generally what I feel now, I feel, I feel fine, theoretically fine, yeah, with my physical things, I'm, Mental state, you know, I'm still afraid, to be honest, what will be the future, but I feel ok. So what would you recommend for other patients, any unexpected things happened and you would recommend? I recommend do the same, absolutely the same, you know, first thing I was 100% sure this tumour grow up, because 3 years ago there was just small spot about 5mm by 5mm, I know that because there was done old x-ray here in London. Dr. Berry in Charing Cross Hospital find this old x-ray. He find this small spot. Later on was confirmation with PET scan, every scan, so everything was growing from small point to a nearly 20 by 20 mil tumor, yeah? And so, you know, as to how to tell you, better not waiting too long. I know people who was the same situation, except nobody tell them there was no scan. they always got x-ray at least they start spitting with blood and I knew one person that took him from the street to the hospital and remove full, full lung yeah. How is your pain at the moment and were you happy with the scar on your chest? I don't feel especially big pain. Anyway I use tablets, painkillers yeah. I have this I think morphine from time to time plus I always use naproxen as well so my pain is under control I'm fine with pain maybe one problem is it's difficult for me to cough But as well, I can manage you know.
